Privacy policy

When you create an account: your email address, your name if you provide one, and your organisation's name. Your password is never stored in clear text — authentication is delegated to Supabase, which stores only a hash.

During use: your searches, their parameters and their results, your exports, your API keys (stored as a SHA-256 hash, never in clear text), and technical logs containing IP address and user agent.

For billing: Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers. Card details never pass through our servers.

To provide the service you subscribed to, to enforce plan quotas, to bill you, to answer your support requests, and to detect abuse. The legal basis is performance of the contract, except for abuse detection which relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service running.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train models.

Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the European Union), Stripe (payments), and a virtual private server hosted in Europe that runs the application and the extraction engine. Each acts as a processor on our instructions.

Search results are kept for the retention period of your plan — from 7 days on the free plan to 2 years on Scale — then deleted automatically.

Account and billing data is kept for the life of the account, then for the period required by accounting law. Technical logs are kept for twelve months.

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its processing. Write to contact@mysearch.gg; we answer within thirty days.

Deleting your account deletes your searches, results and exports. This cannot be undone.

We use two cookies, both strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and a preference cookie that remembers your chosen language. No advertising or analytics cookie is set.
